What E441 means on a Samsung
The outdoor temperature is below the range in which the unit will cool. Normal, not a fault.
On this platform, E441 is a protection: the system stopped or throttled itself to prevent damage; many clear on their own once conditions return to normal.

- Cooling mode selected on a cold day.
- The outdoor air sensor reading low.
How to fix it yourself

- Switch to Heat or Fan mode, or wait for warmer weather.
